DJH acquires £7m TWP in biggest deal yet

Private equity backed DJH makes major acquisition in deal with Surrey-based TWP Accounting LLP

Top 40 firm DJH has signed its largest ever M&A deal with the acquisition of TWP Accounting LLP, a £7m accountancy and business advisory firm with revenues of £7m. The deal will see the existing leadership team led by managing partner Paul Hawksley join the DJH group and continue to run the firm, alongside fellow partners Andrew Goddon and Phil Munk.

The TWP team of 70 and all four Surrey offices will remain unchanged to ‘ensure complete consistency for clients, many of whom are involved in care, dental, property and retail’, DJH confirmed.

The move strengthens DJH’s presence in the south adding four offices across Surrey in Cranleigh, Guildford, Kingston and Weybridge. It already has operations in Bexley and Maidstone in Kent, and Trowbridge in Wiltshire.
