HMRC has set up a dedicated Greek helpline as part of its time-to-pay service to help taxpayers with payment and cashflow problems as a result of the banking controls in Greece
A dedicated HMRC helpline for businesses and taxpayers is available on 0300 3308100.
HMRC says affected taxpayers should ‘call this helpline if you’re experiencing short-term financial problems due to the restrictions on banking facilities in Greece’.
The service is available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
