Wehner specialises in US corporate international tax with a focus on structuring, financing and re-structuring investments into the US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Experience includes both public and private equity transactions in the finance, manufacturing, telecoms, real estate, media and technology sectors. He graduated in law from the University of Wisconsin, is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Illinois and the American Bar Association.
