Jerroms snaps up Price Pearson firm

Private equity backed Jerroms has acquired accountants and tax specialist firm, Price Pearson, building its base in the west Midlands

This is the latest acquisition for Jerroms, part of the Sumer Group, which funds member firms to make independent acquisitions but retain its own identity and leadership, as part of the growth strategy for the business.

Jerroms described the acquisition as an ‘exciting move’, reflecting the firm’s growth strategy, saying the Price Pearson deal ‘significantly enhances its capabilities across the Midlands, deepening its expertise and broadening its reach’.

Founded in 1970 Price Pearson offers, audit, taxation and business advisory services. The deal will see 34 staff transfer to Jerroms, including three directors, Rachel Common, Mark Eden and Chris Cooper.
