John Rugman is head of the valuations practice at Smith & Williamson. He appraises, values and assesses companies with turnover of all sizes for a variety of accounting, tax and commercial purposes.

His prior experience includes 20 years with PwC, where he was director of the UK regional valuations team. He has provided valuation services to investment banks, major listed companies, private equity houses, families and private individuals, private companies and UK and overseas governments.
