Jeffreys Henry has named Justin Randall as the London-based accounting firm’s first managing partner, with responsibility for taking the lead on developing and implementing a growth strategy at the firm, currently ranked at number 71 in Accountancy’s Top 75 firms league table

In the twelve months to April 2016, Jeffreys Henry has seen fee income increase by 15% to £7m, which it says is down to a combination of strategic client wins, exploiting new opportunities and adopting innovative software.

Randall, who joined Jeffreys Henry LLP as a partner in 1994, has built up significant experience working with AIM listed companies as well as advising high profile clients such as Gordon Ramsay and Simon Woodroffe.

He has declared his intention to expand the firm’s specialist service offering to listed companies, restaurants, property groups and IT companies, as well as launching complimentary services such as legal and HR.
