MHA revenues up 12% at £251m as listed status pays off

AIM listed accountancy firm MHA reports revenue of £251m in double digit growth in first full year as a quoted company

MHA took the decision to list the business on AIM in 2025, rather than going down the private equity route so popular in the accountancy sector. This has paid off with MHA reporting revenue growth of 12% to £251m in FY26, up from £224.1m the previous year when the firm was privately owned. Pre-tax profit was up 7% to £39.1m.

Audit was the strongest service line accounting for 50% of revenue with a number of significant wins from new public interest entity clients, with financial and professional services two of the strongest client sectors.
