Steed is a tax expert, non-executive director, and lecturer, while Cohen is the founder of accountancy firm Mazuma, which secured private equity backing earlier this year.
The appointments bring together two leaders with diverse career paths who share a common commitment to more accessible careers in accountancy and finance.
