Andy Rose has been appointed chief executive and accounting officer of the Homes and Communities Agency. Most recently a partner at the debt advisor and asset manager, AgFe, Rose was chief executive at the Treasury's Infrastructure UK, an internal body set up to plan for long term UK infrastructure investment.

Wolters Kluwer has announced Kevin Entricken is to be its new chief financial officer from May 2013. Entricken joined the financial services company in 2003 and for the past three years has been CFO of Wolters Kluwer Health.

Andy McGill has joined Smith & Williamson as partner in the restructuring and recovery services team. McGill joins from KPMG, where he worked in the corporate restructuring practice for the past 20 years.

Simon Woods has been named as CFO at PHS Group. Previously Woods was interim finance director at British Gas, beginning his career at KPMG within its audit practice.
