Azets has hired Jeremy Fearnley as group head of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) with responsibility for M&A activity across Azets in the UK and Nordics. Fearnley is a seasoned M&A leader, with a track record of advising complex, multimillion pound transactions. Previously he worked for Equiom Group as global head of strategy, after working in the corporate finance team of Big Four accounting firm KPMG in the UK and across Asia.
