Blick Rothenberg has appointed Alan Healy, Nick Winters and Mark Eade as partners. Healy specialises in the owner managed business (OMB) space and joins the private business team from Haines Watts where he was also a partner. Winters becomes a partner in the audit, assurance and advisory team and as part of the mid-market group, will head up the technology sector group. He specialises in advising international tech oriented businesses and was previously a partner at Moore Kingston Smith. Eade joined the firm as a tax partner to focus on financial services businesses, with a particular focus on funds, after spending 21 years with Evelyn Partners who he joined as a graduate in 2001.
