Johnston Carmichael has appointed Bryan Shepka as financial services audit and assurance partner, and Gillian Boston, director in its specialist financial services team. Shepka has 14 years’ experience in the wealth and asset management sector, most recently as director, finance transformation at KPMG. He will play a key role in expanding the firm’s specialist financial services offering, working with businesses operating in the sector across the UK. Boston was previously head of client assets at fintech startup Nude Finance, responsible for CASS operational oversight and finance operations.
EY has appointed Prakash Hariharan, Lynette Gracias and Venkatesh Subramoniam as partners to its UK managed services team. Hariharan joins from Genpact where he was senior vice president, CFO consulting and advisory, and led the firm’s global finance transformation business. Gracias also joins EY from Genpact where she was global relationship manager - vice president. She has a track record of working with clients helping them to accelerate business value through transformation programmes. Subramoniam joins from Infosys where, as assistant vice president, client services he led a portfolio of businesses in the consumer packaged goods and retail sectors.
