Mazars has appointed Kamilla Racinska to the role of asset management audit partner. As a leader in asset management, Racinska will support the team’s growth and development. She will focus on developing Mazars’ assurance proposition, securing additional business opportunities and supporting the delivery of existing client work. She joins Mazars from KPMG where she was an asset management director. She has over 10 years’ experience auditing listed and private asset and wealth management companies, fintech companies, investment trusts and mutual funds.

Johnston Carmichael has expanded its senior team with three promotions as part of its continued strategy to grow its own leaders. Irina Cheburdanidze, who is based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, Ryan Crilley, based in Glasgow, and Ruth Canham, in Elgin, are all promoted to director as part of 88 promotions across the firm. Cheburdanidze joined Johnston Carmichael in 2021 from RSM where she was an associate director and has more than 17 years’ experience in financial reporting. Audit specialist Crilley joined the firm in March 2022 following two years as finance manager at Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage. Prior to this he spent seven years at EY. Canham joined the firm in July 2017, following almost six years at EY. She is central to managing and developing internal quality control processes across business advisory.
