RSM has appointed Kevin Harris as an audit partner in its Leicester office. After training with Clark Whitehill in Birmingham, Harris qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994 with RSM Bentley Jennison before joining Cooper Parry in 1995. Within six years he was promoted to partner, founding and managing development of the firm’s Leicester office from 2001 until the office merged in 2015.

Eunice McAdam has joined Saffrey Champness as a partner in its Inverness office. McAdam joins the firm after 26 years at EY, 16 of which she spent as an executive director. She provides assurance and advisory services to private companies, entrepreneurs and not-for-profit entities across Scotland and the wider UK, including those with overseas subsidiaries or ownership. She has worked with entrepreneurs and corporates across a variety of sectors, including education, oil services, manufacturing, retail and tourism. She has also worked with the not-for-profit sector, serving as a secretary or treasurer to several smaller local charities. At Saffery Champness she will be part of both the firm’s Not-For-Profit and Entrepreneur National Practice Groups.

Lee Hamilton has joined Blick Rothenberg as a partner in its global mobility tax team. Hamilton, who was previously at PwC, joins Blick Rothenberg from Crowe Clark Whitehill, where he built and led their expatriate tax practice. He specialises in expatriate tax, employment tax and international social security with nearly 20 years’ experience advising a diverse range of clients. He is a member of HMRC Expatriate Tax Forum, is a published writer for Tiley & Collison's Annual UK Tax Guide and he has also presented on technical matters at numerous seminars in the UK and overseas. 

Bishop Fleming has appointed Paul Seymour as a marketing director. Seymour, who joins the firm from Bond Dickinson LLP, will be responsible for all aspects of the firm's marketing strategy and will take on the leadership of the CRM, digital, brand and marketing team.

DFK International has appointed Roland Graf as its 12th president, succeeding Demetris Demetriou. Graf is currently partner and specialist tax lawyer at Peters, Schönberger & Partner (PSP) in Munich. He is also an active figure on the DFK International tax committee.
