Private equity firm Blixt invests in Duncan & Toplis

Accountancy firm Duncan & Toplis has secured external investment from private equity firm Blixt Group

Duncan & Toplis has not disclosed the value of the investment, but it will be used to expand the firm through ‘acquisitive growth’ and support continued investment in its team, the expansion of its service proposition, and further use of technology to unlock new opportunities for the business' team members, clients, and communities.

All board members, directors, and team members will remain in their existing roles, with Adrian Reynolds continuing as managing director of Duncan & Toplis and Andy Severn as managing director of wealth management business Castlegate, which is part of the Duncan & Toplis group. The firm has 13 partners and 432 staff.
