RSM Tenon liquidators to failed property firm FSL

RSM Tenon has been appointed as liquidators to Manchester-based property maintenance company FSL Management Montgomery after the company failed to pay over £140,000 in rent to investors in a student property.

The company, which traded with a number of other companies under the name of Fresh Start Living, was placed into liquidation following a winding-up order made earlier this week.

Students living in the property concerned at Montgomery House in south Manchester, will be unaffected by the liquidation according to the firm.

A spokesperson from RSM Tenon said: 'We are liaising closely with the investors during our on-going investigations in order to support them throughout this process.'
