Following the merger, the firm will be rebranded as Streets Steele and will be headed up by managing director Ben Steele.

Steele Financials was set up in 2017 by Steele and has 12 staff, who will remain with the merged firm.

Existing Steele clients will benefit as the combined firm will be able to offer a wider range of services, including areas of specialist corporate and private client tax planning, international advice and personal financial planning.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
