Streets merges with Eadie Young Chartered Accountants

Top 40 accounting firm Streets has merged with Oxfordshire-based Eadie Young in fourth transaction in 12 months

The move sees Banbury practice, Eadie Young Chartered Accountants merged with Streets Chartered Accountants, a mid-tier multidisciplinary regional practice, which will be renamed to create Streets Eadie Young Chartered Accountants. This will see 11 staff joining the rebranded firm and marks the fourth merger and acquisition for Streets in the last year. Streets reported fee income of £21.7m for year end 30 June 2022 and has 25 partners and 194 staff.  

The merger will see Eadie Young director Nathan Bignell become managing director of the rebranded firm. Eadie Young reported assets of £333,530 in the latest accounts at Companies House for year end August 2022.

Newly appointed managing director, Bignell (pictured left) said: ‘This is an exciting change and supports the rapid growth we have seen as a firm over the past decade. We are now able to offer a much enhanced service to both existing and potential clients whilst still being able to provide the personal, responsive assistance our clients require, essential in any modern practice.’
