Mitch Consulting was set up in 2014 and is led by co-founder Mark Mitchell and director Jane Mitchell.

The deal will see the five staff from Mitch Consulting join the Bristol practice of Streets Steele. All staff work on a hybrid basis so there will not be any requirement to review office space.

The niche firm provides outsourced accounting and finance solutions centred around the use of cloud-based programmes and digital platforms, especially for fintech start-ups and scale-ups, and targets start-ups which are currently using an external accounting provider but are not yet ready to recruit a full time CFO.
