Observed every year since 1992, World Mental Health Day aims to raise awareness globally about mental health. It presents employers with the opportunity to review how they deal with mental health in the workplace and what more they can do to support staff.

My client operates in the cybersecurity sector. They want to introduce support measures for employee mental health to avoid the negative impacts of working in a high pressure environment and ensure those who need it the most are aware of what is available and how they can access it.
