The consultancy, founded by John Kotter, a Harvard Business School academic, will use the London base to target European business and will be headed up by managing director for Europe, Graham Scrivener, who joined the business in 2015 as engagement leader.

Scrivener ran his own business, The Forum Corporation in London before joining Kotter International, where he has led projects for global brands in the FMCG, financial services and manufacturing sectors.

Kotter International has already worked with a number of blue chip organisations in Europe, in the pharmaceutical, utilities, food and manufacturing sectors.

The management consultancy firm, based in Boston and Seattle in the US, focuses on change management and strategic advice to change the leadership structure to achieve transformation and growth.
