LPA receiver VAT guidelines amended
HMRC has issued a revision to the original March 2013 Notice
700/56 including new information for LPA Receivers (Law of Property
Act 1925 Receiver) at section 17.
There are also details of a system for electronic payment of
VAT by LPA receivers.
Charges on loss adjuster services
HMRC Brief 13/13 has clarified its policy concerning loss adjuster
services relating to the insurance of zero-rated vessels or aircraft.
