Neurodiversity Celebration Week this year falls between 17 and 23 March 2025, and with news that 13% of UK employers have faced an employment tribunal claim relating to neurodiversity, now is a good time to review employment practices to ensure they support neurodivergent staff.

My client is in the car manufacturing industry who has taken on an employee as a data analyst. During recruitment, they disclosed that they were neurodivergent.
