Xeinadin acquires Bennett Whitehouse

Private equity backed Xeinadin has expanded in the Midlands with the acquisition of Brierley Hill-based accountancy practice Bennett Whitehouse

Founded in 2018 by Gavin Whitehouse, Bennett Whitehouse has grown from a one-person practice to a 40-strong team in just six years. The firm will retain its own brand identity within the Xeinadin group.

Now joining Xeinadin’s integrated network of over 100 offices across the UK and Ireland, the firm will retain its strong local presence while gaining access to a wide range of national resources.

Around half of the current employees have worked at the firm for more than two decades, reflecting the firm’s culture of trust, loyalty and long-term relationships. Whitehouse set up the accountancy firm after spending over 25 years as a partner at Clement Keys.

This is the third deal in as many months for Xeinadin, which has targeted rapid growth across the UK in a highly competitive market.
