Xeinadin acquires £17m Silver Levene in major deal

Private equity backed Xeinadin has expanded London presence with acquisition of Top 75 firm Silver Levene as independent joins fast growing group

This is Xeinadin’s third London acquisition in as many months and is a major step in expanding its footprint and influence across the capital and the UK as the group aims to consolidate its position as one of the largest SME focused accountancy firms in a crowded market.

Silver Levene LLP has fee income of £17m for year end 31 March 2024, with growth of 3.7% over the previous year, and is ranked 61st in the Top 75 Firms survey.

The partnership has 19 partners, and over 150 staff, all of whom will be remain with the business. The UK office has nearly 90 staff and relocated to a brand new head office in Tottenham Court Road in central London last July. It also has a second office in Mauritius with over 60 staff, which is very much a part of the transaction.
