Auditor and Traitors star tackles Hajj fraud outside the castle walls

‘People are very good at manipulating others for their own gain, as I only know too well’, says Faraz Noor of Traitors fame in a fraud warning to Mecca travellers

The City of London Police has teamed up with internal auditor and Traitors star Faraz Noor to raise awareness of Hajj-related fraud which cost UK travellers £195,752 last year.

In what is the world’s biggest annual gathering of people, every year more than 2m Muslims celebrate Hajj, the annual five-day pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia.

Before entering the Traitors castle for the series broadcast in January, Faraz said if he won the prize money he would take his family on the pilgrimage. Showing his astute financial skills even before he entered the castle, he also said he wanted to put money aside for a new car.
