Having lived, breathed and slept auto enrolment pensions for the past three years, I am often asked what tips I would give to employers getting ready to ‘stage’ and to those who are about to go through it all. In those three years, the employers and the size of their workforces have changed, but the main message really has not – 'do not underestimate what is involved'.
