CEOs call for financial transparency

Companies need to be more open about financial performance and improve transparency standards across financial reporting, according to the latest joint research from CIMA and the American Institute of Chartered Public Accountants (AICPA).

Based on surveys with 280 global CEOs, the report – Rebooting business, valuing the human dimension – indicates that transparency is a key issue for CEOs, particularly faced with the backdrop of the current economic climate.
