The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants has appointed Emma Cunis as head of its new global corporate relations directorate.
Making the move from the business intelligence unit of The Economist Group in London and New York where she was sales director, Cunis will be working with account managers for CIMA's top 500 global partners to develop the institute's global presence.
Charles Tilley, chief executive of CIMA, said: 'Emma brings with her an impressive background in international account management and business development and I am delighted to welcome her to CIMA where she will reinforce our global capability.'
Based at its headquarters in London, Cunis said she is looking forward to developing CIMA's profile.
