In a first for Napster, Cooper Parry has signed up to the pilot and will be using the agentic AI tool for leadership development and coaching at the firm, providing over 1,000 staff and partners with access to the system.

The tech solution combines Napster’s conversational AI technology with Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure. Napster’s multi-year collaboration leverages Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI platform, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to deliver scalable agentic AI solutions, with staff at Cooper Parry the first to get access in the UK.

The agentic AI is being rolled out across the accountancy group as part of a contract with leadership and management consultancy, Leading Results, which is using Napster’s AI technology to provide Cooper Parry with 24/7 support for leadership development, reducing traditional barriers of time and cost, and extending access beyond senior leadership.
