Damien Burke is head of regulatory practice at 4-Most Europe Ltd. He is an expert in credit risk and regulation, obtained over 16 years in the industry, specialising in retail credit, and has a broad range of experience in wealth and corporate credit. He has been heavily involved in the large scale regulatory changes over the last three years driving change for major UK banks, covering CRDIV, COREP and now IFRS 9 Financial Instruments.

Burke runs the regulatory practice at 4most and is responsible for delivering IFRS 9 for a number of clients in the UK, as well as providing with regulatory guidance for current European Accounting Standards and capital regulation. 4most also provides partnership arrangements for horizon risk, model building and model validation as well as industry useful tools for forecasting, stress testing and house price indexing.
