Deloitte, haysmacintyre, Menzies and Robson Laidler were the only firms to feature on this year's ranking.

Deloitte was the only accountancy firm classified as very big, with almost 25,000 employees and was commended on its ‘listening culture’, diversity networks, a future leaders programme aimed at women and under-represented ethnic groups, and hybrid working options.

The best rated accountancy firm in the big category was top 25 firm, haysmacintyre with 565 staff. It came in with high scores across the board, including 88% for job satisfaction, 84% for wellbeing, and 83% for reward and recognition.
