The Big Four firm plans to expand its UK consulting headcount to around 11,000 by 2027 – an increase of 3,500 from the current 7,500.

This follows the 1,200 new roles created in 2021, with plans to hire a further 1,500 staff by May 2023.

Deloitte will expand its UK headcount as part of a £220m investment, which aims to see regional growth outside of London alongside new acquisitions. 

The growth plans come in response to high demand from businesses across the UK for services. Consulting vacancies advertised include roles in digital transformation, cloud and sustainability, and digital architects and data scientists.
