European economic cross border social security liability for migrants

The three non-EU members of the European Economic Area, and Switzerland, did not join in the modernisation of cross-border social security coordination rules adopted across the EU from 1 May 2010, when new regulation 883/2004 replaced old regulation 1408/71.
