UK revenue for the year ended 31 May 2026 was up 3% at £5.01bn (FY25: £4.88), with growth across all the firm’s service lines. This was a turnaround from the previous year when Deloitte reported a 1% drop in fee income.
Average partner pay hit £1.125m, up 7% from £1.05m year on year as the strong figures resulted in distributable profit up 14% at £899m in FY26, up from £789m. Overall, equity partner numbers increased by 6.5% to 784, ‘the highest annual total in Deloitte UK’s history, reflecting our confidence in the future’, the firm said. Staff were also beneficiaries of the growth, with the bonus pool up 14%.
Recently appointed Deloitte UK CEO Darren Graves, who took over the top job in the UK in June said the strong performance was tempered by a ‘complicated backdrop of geopolitical uncertainty and AI advancement’.
