Match point as HMRC blames RTI employer error

HMRC claims all is well in the Real Time Information (RTI) world and that its computer programs are operating as intended. This is despite some employers’ evidence to the contrary, with debt management teams chasing non-existent debts that are clearly not due. Nevertheless, HMRC says some employers are creating the problems they experience.
