The Leader of the House has confimred that the Finance Bill will be delayed until after the summer recess and that the remaining stages of the comittee procedure have been provisionally scheduled to take place on Monday 5 September
The report stage will be followed by debate in the second chamber pending Royal Assent.
The Bill was considered at committee stage on 27 and 28 June 2016. Parts of the Bill were considered by a committee of the whole House, and the remainder in a Public Bill committee.
MPs also considered two Ways and Means motions on 27 June to vary provisions made by Resolutions 4 and 8 of the House on 22 March 2016.
