The relocation brings 340 team members into nearly 23,000 sq ft of high end workspace over a flexible floorplate at Three Chamberlain Square in new office space ‘designed to encourage collaboration and innovation’.

Forvis Mazars has taken over the second floor of the new building at Three Chamberlain Square, relocating from its current office in a nearby building in the same Paradise office development in the city centre. It is located close to Birmingham Town Hall, and the International Convention Centre and Symphony Hall at nearby Centenary Square.

The decision to relocate from the existing offices at Two Chamberlain Square is a direct result of ‘exceptional growth with headcount doubling since 2021, reflecting rising demand for its expertise in the region’.

Three Chamberlain Square is a low energy, low carbon design, and is based in the heart of the city’s commercial space. The building has been designed by architectural design firm Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBS), leading practitioners of sustainable and socially responsible design.

The building’s design inspiration has been taken from Birmingham’s tradition of beautifully crafted Victorian architecture, reinstating some of the natural terracotta tones and fine tracery and motifs that previously existed in and around the Paradise area of the city into the design.

Sustainability credentials include BREEAM Outstanding, all electric infrastructure, and a SMART building design aimed at maximising occupant wellbeing. Facilities include 220 bicycle racks, showers, lockers and changing rooms, and a ninth-floor roof terrace, while ground floor access is through a two-level reception area with banks of lifts and seating areas.
