The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has published a myth-buster to dispel common misconceptions about corporate governance and stewardship, following a spate of corporate scandals relating to misconduct.

The document addresses several frequently asked questions, going back to basics such as what is corporate governance and how can the FRC enforce the code against directors, the meaning of stewardship and the implications for large businesses, and non compliance risks.
