PKF Littlejohn has been appointed as joint liquidators of It’s OK Limited following the winding up petition.

The move follows an investigation by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) which resulted in a £200,000 monetary penalty notice (MPN) for unsolicited direct marketing calls made by It’s OK over an 18-month period.

The ICO described the ‘nuisance calls’ by It’s OK as a ‘sustained and exploitative campaign’.

It’s OK was a nationwide appliance service and repair company which supplied white goods insurance and was set up in May 2016. It had 14 staff and was based in Brighton in East Sussex.
