Jacqui Gudgion CTA is corporate and business tax partner at Mercer & Hole, based at the firm’s Milton Keynes office and is a chartered tax adviser with over 25 years’ experience in practice.

She has spent the majority of her career working with business and individual entrepreneurial clients, and specialises in tax planning for reconstructions and reorganisations, profit extraction, capital gains tax (CGT), inheritance tax (IHT), research & development relief claims and enterprise investment schemes (EIS). Joining Mercer & Hole in 2015, Gudgion spent much of her previous career with Grant Thornton, after having trained initially at Mercer & Hole.
