The Top 50 Employers for Women, which is published in partnership with Business in the Community (BITC), has ranked three of the Big Four firms KPMG, PwC, and Deloitte as well as top 10 firm Grant Thornton as part of their top 50 organisations that have established gender equality as a priority. 

Launched in 2006, applicants were assessed on the work they do to remove the drivers that enforce gender inequality, from flexible working and family-friendly policies to pay, reward, and progression.

This year BITC also included a further assessment to include the lived experience of women employees by asking what areas they feel need to be improved.
