AIM-list Accesso Technology Group, which provides e-ticketing and virtual queuing systems for the leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, has parted company with BDO after four years and appointed KPMG as its auditor
The switch follows a comprehensive tender process. KPMG takes over as auditor with immediate effect. In a statement, the board thanked BDO, which has been the group’s auditor since August 2012, for its services.
According to Accesso’s annual report, BDO was paid a total of $322,000 (£259,800) in 2015, of which $198,000 (£160,000) was for audit services and the remainder ($124,000/£99,800) for a range of non-audit services including tax compliance, tax advisory and corporate finance services.
