Lack of progress on pensions dashboards, warns TPR

The Pensions Regulator warns trustees to ramp up their work on preparing pensions dashboards as the first schemes will go live in 12 months

The regulator is launching a ‘Deadline’ campaign as research shows trustees have yet to get their preparations sufficiently underway - and are at risk of failing to meet their legal pensions dashboards responsibilities.

It is expected that pension schemes, starting with master trusts, will be required to connect to dashboards from June 2023.

To help trustees meet their duties, TPR has published new guidance based on draft regulations recently consulted on by the Department for Work and Pensions.
