Leonard Curtis Business Solutions has opened its first Scottish office in Glasgow, headed up by new appointment Stuart Robb, who joins the firm from KPMG
Predominantly the group provides advisory services to SMEs.
The Scottish market comprises nearly 350,000 SMEs, providing around 1.2 million jobs.
The firm was keen to note the move comes just a month after the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Bill 2016 was passed by Holyrood, bringing together Scottish laws on insolvency into one piece of legislation.
In September 2016, the firm confirmed its had established a legal services division in Manchester.
