Luke Hildyard is policy lead, stewardship & corporate governance, at the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association. He was previously deputy director of the High Pay Centre think tank, where he worked on corporate governance issues, with a particular focus on executive pay, employee engagement and responsible business. He has previously worked for a number of think tanks and in local government.
