Accounting firm Mercer & Hole has reorganised its services lines with the creation of a new division, corporate advisory services, to meet clients’ needs by combining corporate finance and restructuring expertise
Corporate advisory services will have a dedicated team of eleven, including partners and directors, as well as support from around 10 transactional and backup staff.
Building on the firm's existing restructuring business, the new team will offer transactional, financing and restructuring services and present options to help businesses grow, develop and, when they need to, support companies and organisations to reshape their business in the event of financial and market changes.
Core to the range of clients services will be strategic and performance reviews, due diligence, valuations, raising finance, buying and selling businesses, exit strategies, refinancing, international restructuring and the constructive use of insolvency procedures.
Senior partner, Paul Maberly said: ‘The launch of Corporate Advisory Services cements a working practice of supporting our clients in the most efficient way. By offering corporate finance and restructuring expertise as one, every aspect of a business life cycle can be managed.’
Corporate Advisory Services will be supported by the firm’s corporate and business tax team, which was recently further strengthened with the appointment of two new tax directors.
Mercer & Hole is ranked 41st in the Accountancy Top 75 firms survey with a fee income of £13.9m with 140 staff based across three offices in London and the south east.
