Michelle Wilson ACA is an executive director for tax, accounting and risk advisory at EY where she leads the tax accounting and risk advisory services practice in the Midlands. She leads the tax audit teams on several quoted and large inbound accounts including three FTSE 100 organisations, and is working with a number of businesses to advise them on the cash tax and tax accounting implications of FRS 101/FRS 102 conversion and has also supported a number of groups converting to IFRS for group reporting purposes.

Wilson is a chartered accountant and has worked in the accountancy profession for more than 19 years. She has spent four years as an auditor before moving into tax providing tax compliance and consultancy services in the large corporate marketplace. Contact by email
