The Office of Tax Simplification (OTS), the statutory body which is an independent office of the Treasury and gives independent advice to the government on simplifying the UK tax system is looking for people to join its team.

The OTS says it is looking for up to four part-time or full-time tax professionals with current or recent experience in the private sector, and an enthusiasm to help drive out structural and administrative simplifications to the tax system, to work as policy advisers on various areas of its work.

Application is via the civil service recruitment jobs website and the closing date is 24 September.
