James Richardson has joined business payment providers CashFlows as chief financial officer. Richardson leaves Global Payments, where he was Western Europe CFO and prior to this held a senior managerial role at HSBC, following a period at PwC as assistant director and audit senior.
Former head of London lead advisory at RSM Tenon Robert Kidson has joined Moore Stephens as a corporate finance partner. Kidson was at Smith & Williamson prior to his 20 years at RSM Tenon and has also served as a non-executive director of several listed and unlisted companies.
Nicholas Cadbury has been made group finance director at Whitbread. He replaces Christopher Rogers who moves to Costa Coffee as managing director. Most recently Cadbury was CFO of Premier Farnell and held the same role at Dixons before that.
Milsted Langdon has appointed Peter Groves as director and he will head up the firm's new office in Bath. Groves was previously managing partner at Richardson Groves, an independent firm also in the South West and brings over 30 years of accounting experience.
